How many people can I bring? Would we be with other people?
We can accomodate groups up to 8 people, including children. Each reservation is a private experience and you will only be on the boat with our 2 team members and your group.
What is included?
We will have everything ready for you! We have performance life jackets for weights of 50lbs – 275lbs, wakeboards, water skis, wake surfs and tubes. We have snacks for you to enjoy, soda, bottled water, beer and local rum. For full day trips lunch is grilled right on the back of the boat!
What are the food options? Can you accomodate dietary needs?
We can absolutely support any dietary needs and will prepare and pack menu items appropriately to support any requirements. For all activities we have bottled water and sodas available. For half day reservations we also provide fresh, seasonal fruits and a selection of chips and have beer and local rum available. For full day reservations we include lunch of hamburgers, hot dogs, German sausages and all the the fixings!
Are there upgrade options for food and drinks?
We offer an elevated F&B experience for half day and full day reservations including premium liquor options, lobster (in season), shimp, filet mignon, etc.
What times do trips go out?
Half-day reservations go out between 8a-9a and 1:30p-2:30p. They are 3 1/2 hour trips. Full day reservations we can leave as early as 7am until 11:30a. They are 6 1/2 hour trips. Hourly bookings are available 24 hours prior to reservation and are based on availability. All boats need to be back from their adventures by 6pm each day.
What should we bring?
We recommend bringing towels, phones/cameras (Make sure you get a water proof bag!), sunscreen and a hat. There are coolers on the boat if you are bringing any food/drink with you. Please let us know if you are and we will ensure adequate space. If you are looking to bring any of your own equipment please let us know in advance to make arrangements.
Can we drive to meet you or can you pick us up from our Hotel/Villa?
We have complimentary parking available at our Shop with a 10 minute walk to the beach. We can arrange door-to-door transportation for you both locally and at your Hotel/Villa or home. There is an extra cost for transportation.
What if the weather is bad?
Adventures and excursions go out every day except when the Coast Guard will not issue permits to be on the water.If we are already out on the water and the Coast Guard issues a return order we will only charge you for the time spent
on the water. Rain does not necessarily mean the weather is bad.
What is the cancellation policy?
Adventures and excursions are non-refundable 14 days prior to the date reserved. Final payment will be taken at this time. Final numbers for your trip are due 3 days prior to the date of the reservation. Cancellations prior to 14 days are refundable less a 10% processing fee.
Can I rent your boat with my own captain?
Sadly we cannot allow this. We can customize the experience to ensure your group enjoyes the time but we cannot permit another individual to drive the boat.
Will there be shade on the boat?
The boat has a bimini that covers the center of the boat and provides enough protection to keep out of the sun. There is no indoor space on this type of boat.
Can our group bring a baby/toddler?
You are certainly welcome to! You would need to bring your own life jacket for babies and toddlers but they are certainly welcome to join the activities of the day with you. Babies and toddlers do count towards the group size limit of 8
Can I add a gratuity to my booking?
Absolutely! Our team works very hard to ensure that each trip is the experience you are looking to enjoy. We accept cash or can add a tip to a credit card transaction. The full amount goes to the team that you spent your day with!
Do you ever have any discounts?
Follow our socials to see any special booking promotions or codes that we have. Those paying cash are given a 10% discount.
